Just decimated: roasted tomato and yellow squash in chili oil, crushed garlic, and rosemary. Added to what was left of tomato, roasted red pepper, raw cashew and herb sauce from last week. Blended. Stuffed inside a yellow pepper with roasted squash cubes, and pain de champagne cubes, drizzled with a little butter and raw garlic and broiled. So good. Ended up making some garlic toast to sop up leftover sauce.
