From the neck down right now, this is basically me. Having my very first allergic reaction.
I feel like I could have lived out the fullness of life without ever encountering a reaction like this, but now I’ve got a new experience for the logs. If you’ve not had the pleasure, hives are similar to chicken pox with the notable absence of my mother’s oatmeal bath and calamine lotion cooing, comforting ministrations. Instead, I got a used car salesman of an urgent care doc and steroids ::shrug:: we make do with what we can, I guess.
